The EDU4Food Training Kit is an educational resource designed to inform and inspire young people on sustainable food practices in alignment with the EU’s Farm to Fork Strategy. It provides comprehensive knowledge on topics such as sustainable food production, security, processing, distribution, consumption, and food waste reduction. The Kit includes interactive online quizzes and games, sustainable recipes and cooking demonstrations, a career opportunities section showcasing innovative models within the food sector, and an activity guide to support youth workers in designing impactful food education experiences.
All these resources and more are brought to life in the EDU4Food Interactive Space, an immersive digital platform accessible through the project website.
